Discovering WordPress

I was looking for an easier way to create a website and blog for my photo-to-DVD side hustle business. I was also working full-time for an audiobook publisher handling website and phone sales.

Using WordPress Every Day

I started writing WP tutorials on my own site and convinced my boss at the day job that WordPress was something we should be using for Marketing audiobooks.

WordPress Multisite in the Enterprise

I was hired as a Web Development Manager at an International HVAC provider. Used Multisite to manage all Residential and Commercial products, including multi-lingual and multiple users.

First Premium Plugin Released

Found a business partner and released the first of several FooPlugins.

Started WordPress Community Work

After years of running FooPlugins and being a stay-at-home Dad, I started traveling to WordCamps and other WordPress-related conferences representing the SiteLock Security brand.

Joined GoDaddy

I came on board as the Field Marketing Manager to lead the GoDaddy Pro product presence in the WordPress and WordCamp Community.
